Terms and Conditions

Last updated: February 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at https://webseeds.co.uk/ (the “Website”) and any services described on it, including enquiries, booking calls, and the Care Location Growth Diagnostic (collectively, the “Services”). Please read them carefully.

By accessing or using the Website or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website or Services.

1. Who we are WebSeeds (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a trading name providing diagnostic and advisory services to UK care providers.

We are not a regulated financial, legal, or health service provider. Our Services are advisory only and do not constitute professional advice in regulated fields.

2. Use of the Website You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the Website in any way that breaches applicable law
  • Attempt to interfere with the Website’s operation or security
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission
  • Use automated tools (e.g. scraping, bots) to access the Website except as permitted
  • Submit false, misleading, or offensive information through forms or communications

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the Website at any time without notice.

3. Intellectual Property All content on the Website (text, graphics, logos, reports, roadmaps, dashboards) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial reference only. No other use is permitted without our prior written consent.

4. Enquiries, Bookings, and the Care Location Growth Diagnostic

  • Submitting an enquiry or booking a call does not create a contractual relationship until we confirm acceptance (e.g. via email or call scheduling).
  • The Care Location Growth Diagnostic is a standalone, one-off service. Details (scope, timeline, deliverables) are discussed and agreed during onboarding. Any specific terms (e.g. fees, payment) will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
  • Fees (if applicable) are payable as agreed. We may require payment in advance or on completion.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and reasonable access to necessary data (e.g. branch details, analytics) for the Diagnostic.
  • We do not guarantee specific enquiry volumes, occupancy improvements, or business outcomes — results depend on many factors beyond our control.
  • Any reports, roadmaps, or dashboards are provided for your internal use only and may not be shared externally without our permission.

5. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We provide the Website and Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee continuous, error-free access or that the Website is free of viruses.
  • Our total liability to you (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) arising from or in connection with the Website or Services is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months (or £500 if no payment has been made).
  • We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss (including loss of profits, business, data, reputation, or anticipated savings), even if we were advised of the possibility.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

6. Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website or Services.

7. Termination We may terminate your access to the Website or any Services at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Website ends immediately.

8. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
